Rosie, After my husband left for his deployment I had a hard time looking for the right daycare for my son. I had never left my baby boy with anyone other then family. When I went to meet you I knew right away that I had found the right daycare for Hector. Hector loved it there and always looked forwards to going to your daycare. I felt comfortable and at ease leaving him with you while I was at work. You really treated Hector like a member of your family and we loved that about your daycare. Hector no longer goes to your daycare but he still asks for you. We are hopping to put our new baby in your daycare and I know he will be very well taken care of. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby boy Hector. -- Yanice Woodland Ca.

Why choose Home Daycare? Home daycares have smaller groups of children to provide more attention to individual needs. Your child has all the comforts and security of a home setting. Children have a single, consistent caregiver and children may be exposed to fewer illnesses.
More importantly why choose me to care for your child? *Most important, I provide a loving home with smaller groups of children, where your child can learn and grow and feel comfortable and secure in their surroundings.*Competitive rates with tax receipts each January.*SRS Welcome (State Assisted Daycare)*Military Naccrra Program Welcome (OMCC Eligible) *Follow development learning program (age appropriate) were your child can also learn while they play at their own pace.*Hours of Operation : Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:30pm --Earlier hours, I might do with possible additional charge, please ask. *CPR 1st Aid certified, Trust line certified, Licensed Daycare in the state of California
I absolutely love being with children. It is very rewarding to watch young children develop and learn. I will strive to provide a safe, comfortable, stimulating, fun, educational environment in my home with a semi-structured, yet flexible day plan. Please feel free to call me or e-mail me if you have questions. roseannmunoz@att.net(530-933-1275)

It is at this time of year we traditionally pause to reflect on all we have to be thankful for. It is a season of hope and joy, of family gatherings, time with friends, and of many family traditions.

Happy Friday to everyone!! We hope you have a fantastic weekend! It's cold outside so we are having fun inside. We are practicing our ABCs and our 123s! Dancing and singing to Elmo songs. For lunch today some warm soup sounds good since it's starting to feel like fall outside. Later today we will go outside and look at all the leafs on the ground. Pick out a favorite leaf to stencil with! We can create our own little leaf friend ornament. It can be hung on a door, coat rack, tree or anywhere there's a hook.

"Thank you so much for taking care of my Natalie. I was so scared to leave my girl at a daycare it took me almost a year to find the perfect person. I am glad that I found you. It felt great to see that my girl was always happy to go and see you. It was a relief to see how much love and care you provided for the children. You made it easy for me to go to work without having to worry about anything. The little details were the best, like providing lunch, snacks and dinner for my child, having her clean and ready for night time. Natalie always had a smile on her face and it felt like a second home for her. You were flexible and that made a big difference. Rosie you are in the right field because not that many people can do the job that you do. Because of the way that you allow the children to be children and provide opportunities for them to growth my girl has a great self esteem. I do not have the words to say how grateful I am for the love and care that you give my child. You are a great childcare provider. Thank you for everything" Marie from Woodland Ca.

Dear Rosie, Thank you for all you did for Seth! He was so young when I had to send him to you, it was hard for me, but I know he was in good hands. You went above and beyond to send me a couple pictures of him, give me updates and just keep in touch through out his days. Words cant describe how much Seth loved you and I felt good knowing my baby was with you! The last eighteen months with you were wonderful! Thanks again for everything!! Love, The Jansen Family Woodland Ca.

Make a big deal about your little one's achievements. Everything is a big deal to them. Sometimes the things that seem small and no big deal are a big deal and might have been hard for them. Tell your little one they did a good job today. :)

I provide a daily routine that is flexible, yet structured, to ensure that children are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations. Children's interactions with one another are carefully watched, giving me an opportunity to help instill common values within each child. Through sensitivity and understanding I strive to teach each child in my care manners, kindness, and to be respectful towards others and their belongings. When a child displays inappropriate behavior towards others, he or she is encouraged to make amends through a sincere apology; all in a sustained effort to help teach children the basic understanding of right from wrong. Additionally sharing, taking turns, problem solving, and teamwork are stressed with equal importance, so that the children can learn to play harmoniously with one another; helping to lay the foundation for all social interactions to come later in life. I believe that the discipline of a child is achieved through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. I understand that our actions and reactions speak much louder than our words. The children are explained the rules of the daycare frequently, so they know what's expected of them.

In honor of Mother's and Fathers or Guardian, here is a fun way to treat yourself to a much needed break. That won't break the bank or take too much time, so you can feel spoiled all year long. You may not get a whole day at the spa, but you can learn to take advantage of those brief but blessed windows of freedom. You may need an hour to study for a test or you may just need to get some shopping done. When you drop your child or children off at Rosie's Daycare you will be able to get all of those chores done with ease! Call Rosie's Daycare today to reserve a spot! 530-933-1275
